Every paid Kairon and KaironOS subscription is covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of first payment. The guarantee includes Pro, Elite, KaironOS Pro / Pro+ / Agency, and any one-time Kairon AI Token packs.

Email hello@kairon.trade from the address on your Stripe receipt with the subject line Refund. One sentence is enough — we don't need a reason. We'll cancel the subscription and queue the refund within one business day.

Stripe processes refunds back to the original card within 5 business days. International cards and bank rails can add 2-3 extra days outside Stripe's control.

We don't refund subscription cycles after day 14, but you can cancel any time from /account and access continues through the end of the paid period.

Token packs (one-time): unused tokens are fully refundable in the 14-day window. Already-spent tokens are not refundable — usage is logged in Guardian audit so the balance is unambiguous.

Promo-applied subscriptions (e.g. EARLYBIRD50): refund covers the discounted amount actually charged, not the list price.
