1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Kairon, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

Kairon provides prediction market intelligence tools including real-time data, AI-powered analysis, whale activity tracking, and portfolio simulation. All features are provided for informational and educational purposes only.

3. Not Financial Advice

IMPORTANT: Kairon is NOT a financial advisor. All content, analysis, and AI-generated insights are for informational purposes only. Nothing on Kairon constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Always conduct your own research and consult qualified professionals before making investment decisions.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. Subscription and Payment

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Refunds are provided at our discretion. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Kairon to: violate any applicable laws, interfere with or disrupt our services, attempt to gain unauthorized access, scrape or harvest data without permission, or engage in market manipulation.

7. Intellectual Property

Kairon and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Kairon and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

Kairon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

17. Non-Custodial Operations + FinCEN Non-MSB Position

Kairon operates as a non-custodial data and tooling provider. Per US FinCEN guidance FIN-2013-G001 and FIN-2019-G001, non-custodial wallet software providers are not "money transmitters" subject to MSB registration requirements, provided that: (a) Kairon does not hold, receive, transmit, or transfer user funds at any time; (b) all blockchain transactions and Polymarket trades are executed via the user's own wallet, signing payloads client-side; (c) Kairon does not custody private keys, settlement assets, or escrow balances. This position is based on US federal guidance as published. State-level regulations may apply separately and are addressed via geo-detection per our jurisdiction policy. If FinCEN guidance materially changes, Kairon will update this section with at least 30 days notice to existing users. See also: /legal/non-custodial-notice and /legal/disclosure.

Platform Positioning (Investor / Partner Statement)

Kairon is structured as a technology and information services company, not a financial services provider or broker-dealer. Our platform does not hold, custody, or manage user funds. All trading activity is conducted directly on third-party prediction-market infrastructure (e.g. Polymarket), which operates as a CFTC-designated contract market (DCM) as of March 2026. Our services are limited to data analytics, performance tracking, and simulated challenge environments — analogous to paper-trading or educational simulation platforms. We do not offer investment advice, execute trades on behalf of users, or act as an intermediary in any financial transaction. Our corporate entity maintains active legal counsel to ensure ongoing compliance with applicable jurisdictions, including geofencing for restricted regions and full AML / KYC procedures for funded-account holders.

チャレンジ・ファンデッドアカウントに関する重要事項（日本語）

本プラットフォームが提供するチャレンジアカウントはシミュレーション環境であり、実際の資金による取引を行うものではありません。ファンデッドアカウントへの移行後も、運用資金は当社が管理する法人資本であり、ユーザーはサービス契約に基づく利益分配を受け取るものとします。本サービスは金融商品取引法上の有価証券取引または金融商品の販売には該当せず、情報提供・教育サービスとして位置付けられます。

Polymarket API Usage Policy

We participate in the official Polymarket Builders Program and operate under written commercial authorization. The Kairon analytics layer uses the Polymarket API exclusively for data reading (market state, prices, on-chain positions). We do NOT use the API to execute trades, place orders, or operate any form of automated trading on a user's behalf. Simulation environments reference public Polymarket data (on-chain and price feeds) only; this preserves Kairon's classification as a data-reference tool rather than a trading intermediary.
